In short: we use the information you provide to assess and answer your B2B product enquiry, send the catalogue you request, and manage a possible supplier-customer relationship. Our website uses a region-aware privacy system. In the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and other locations handled conservatively, optional Analytics and Marketing technologies stay off until you permit them. For United States visitors, the site may use an opt-out model where permitted, while honoring Global Privacy Control (GPC) and choices made through Your Privacy Choices.
1. Who controls your information
The controller is Shenzhen Yobonjee Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yobonjee”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Office: Room 615, Building 11, Tiedong Logistics District, No. 3 Ping'an Avenue, Pinghu Community, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China.
Email: sales@szyobonjee.com
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information processed through:
- the Yobonjee corporate website and its pages;
- this silicone pet-goods landing page;
- other Yobonjee advertising landing pages that link to this policy; and
- related email, telephone and WhatsApp business communications.
A third-party website or service reached through a link has its own privacy practices. This policy does not control those third parties.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
- company name, contact person, business email and optional telephone or WhatsApp number;
- product interest, estimated quantity, target market, customisation needs, timeline and other project details;
- the contents of emails, attachments and other communications you send; and
- order, sample, quotation, shipping and payment-administration information if a business relationship proceeds.
Information collected from websites and campaigns
- page URL, referral source, date and time, browser, device, language and approximate location derived from an IP address. Where the hosting environment does not provide a country code locally, the landing page may make a short server-side country-only lookup with IPWHOIS.IO so that the site can apply the appropriate regional privacy mode. The lookup requests only country-level fields and the site caches the resulting country code locally; it does not use this lookup to infer a precise address;
- first-party server access logs for the advertising landing page, including IP address, an IP hash, user agent, requested page, source, consent state and any enquiry reference subsequently created in the same secure form session;
- server and security logs, session identifiers and anti-spam/abuse-prevention signals. Google reCAPTCHA v3 code remains installed as an optional security control but is currently disabled on this landing page;
- campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term; and
- Meta and/or Google Ads click identifiers may be present in an advertising URL and short-lived server logs. The enquiry application retains advertising identifiers with a submitted lead only when the current regional privacy decision allows advertising measurement. Where enabled, server-side advertising measurement may send a form-success Lead event and later qualified-lead conversion events, together with normalized, SHA-256-hashed business contact identifiers and available advertising/browser identifiers, to Meta or Google Ads for measurement and lead-quality improvement. In strict opt-in regions this requires the relevant permission; in our United States opt-out mode it is disabled when an applicable opt-out, including a detected GPC signal, is in effect.
Optional analytics and advertising data
When the applicable regional privacy decision permits a category, Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats, Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API and/or Google Ads conversion measurement may process online identifiers, page or event activity, referral information and device or browser information. For server-side form-success and qualified-lead feedback, business email and phone may be normalized and SHA-256 hashed before transmission to an enabled advertising platform. The exact tools enabled may differ between the main website and a landing page. Google Consent Mode is used to communicate the effective advertising and analytics choices to supported Google tags. See our Cookie Policy and Google Business Data Responsibility.
Please do not submit payment-card data, government identification numbers, health data or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Enquiry-form journey and draft records
To diagnose form usability and avoid losing genuine B2B enquiry context, our advertising landing page can record a value-free form journey (for example, form viewed, started, validation failed, submitted or abandoned) when Analytics / form-improvement processing is allowed by the active regional privacy decision. When our authorised full-draft setting is also enabled, visible form entries may be encrypted before final submission and retained for a limited period (normally 14 days). Security tokens and hidden advertising fields are excluded. Draft values are not sent to Meta, session replay, page URLs or ordinary logs. Access to decrypted values is restricted and audited. A final submitted business enquiry is retained independently because it is information you intentionally send to us.
4. Why we use information and our legal bases
Where the EU GDPR, UK GDPR or another law requires a legal basis, we rely on the bases shown below. The appropriate basis can depend on whether you act personally or as a representative of a business.
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis where required |
|---|---|---|
| Answer an enquiry, provide a requested catalogue, evaluate feasibility and prepare a quotation or sample plan | Contact, company and project information; communications | Steps requested before a contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to genuine B2B enquiries |
| Manage samples, orders, production, quality, logistics and customer service | Contact, commercial, order and communication records | Contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligations |
| Secure the sites and forms, prevent spam, investigate incidents and maintain records | Session, security and basic first-party access logs; reCAPTCHA information only if that optional security service is enabled in the future | Legitimate interests in security, accurate request accounting and service integrity; this server logging does not set an analytics identifier or enable behavioural tracking |
| Measure site use and improve content | Analytics identifiers and usage events | Consent where required; otherwise the applicable regional privacy choice and our legitimate interests, subject to opt-out rights |
| Diagnose enquiry-form usability, recover business enquiry context and prevent loss of genuine B2B requests | Value-free form journey events and, only when enabled, encrypted visible form-field drafts | Our legitimate interests in operating and improving the B2B enquiry service; consent where required by applicable law |
| Measure advertisements, attribute visits and support relevant advertising | Meta Pixel, click identifiers and marketing events | Consent where required; otherwise the applicable regional advertising choice, subject to opt-out rights |
| Comply with law, protect rights and establish or defend legal claims | Relevant records | Legal obligation and/or legitimate interests |
The required enquiry-form acknowledgement is not a subscription to promotional email. It confirms that you have read this notice and are asking us to use your details to answer the enquiry.
5. Where information comes from
- directly from you or a colleague acting for your organisation;
- automatically from your device when you use a site;
- from the advertisement or referring website through campaign parameters; and
- from public company sources or business partners where needed to verify or develop a B2B relationship.
6. Who receives information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to the following groups:
- authorised Yobonjee sales, product-development, production, quality, finance and logistics personnel;
- website hosting, database, backup and technical-support providers;
- IPWHOIS.IO, only when a server-side country lookup is needed to select the applicable regional privacy mode because the hosting stack has not supplied a country code locally;
- our business email provider for enquiry notifications and catalogue replies;
- Google for reCAPTCHA security only if that optional service is enabled in the future; Google Analytics where the applicable Analytics decision permits it; and Google Ads/Data Manager conversion measurement where the applicable advertising decision permits it;
- Automattic/WordPress.com for Jetpack services where the applicable Analytics decision permits visitor statistics;
- Meta Platforms for Pixel and server-side conversion/lead-quality measurement where the applicable advertising decision permits it;
- shipping, inspection, testing, payment, professional-adviser and other suppliers needed for a requested project; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as “sharing”, a “sale”, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you can opt out or withdraw the relevant advertising choice through . If a valid Global Privacy Control signal is detected in our United States opt-out mode, the site treats it as an advertising opt-out for the supported processing covered by this implementation.
7. International processing
Yobonjee is based in China. Information from visitors and business contacts in other countries may therefore be processed in China and in countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your location.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, we use or require an appropriate mechanism, such as approved contractual clauses, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures where needed.
8. How long we keep information
- Routine enquiries: reviewed no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction and then deleted or anonymised unless the project remains active or a longer period is needed.
- Customer, order and transaction records: kept for the relationship and any additional period required by applicable accounting, tax, customs, contract or legal-claims rules.
- Basic landing-page access logs: generally kept for 90 days. Other security and technical logs are generally kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate an incident or protect legal rights.
- Optional landing-page analytics: first-party session, page, event, heatmap and related browser-identifier records are normally kept for up to 365 days when the applicable privacy decision allows Analytics / form-improvement processing.
- Session replay: when enabled and permitted, replay recordings are normally kept for 14 days. Form input, textarea and select values remain masked in replay; separately authorised encrypted form-draft content normally follows the 14-day draft policy described above.
- Cookie choices: the preference cookie is set for 180 days. A new choice may be requested when the policy version changes.
The same enquiry can exist in our protected website database or backup, the sales mailbox and subsequent business systems. A valid deletion request is applied to each relevant location, subject to lawful exceptions.
9. Cookies, analytics and direct marketing
Necessary technologies support session security, privacy-choice storage and anti-abuse controls. We apply different defaults by privacy region. For the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and locations handled conservatively, optional Analytics and Marketing technologies are disabled until the relevant choice is granted. For United States visitors, the site may use an opt-out default where permitted; GPC and an explicit advertising opt-out disable the supported Marketing processing. You can review or change available choices at any time through .
We send the catalogue as a direct response to the request made through the form. If we separately invite you to receive ongoing promotional email, that choice will be optional and you may object or unsubscribe at any time. We do not currently use the required enquiry checkbox as marketing consent.
Browser controls may also delete or block cookies. Where supported by applicable United States privacy law and this implementation, a detected Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an advertising opt-out. Other browser settings may not communicate a legally recognized preference signal, so Your Privacy Choices remains available. See the Cookie Policy for the current inventory.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; to opt out of certain sale/sharing or targeted advertising; and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, email sales@szyobonjee.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority in the country or region where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
Automated security screening
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is not currently enabled on this landing page. The site instead relies on first-party server-side validation and other anti-abuse controls. If reCAPTCHA is enabled in the future, this notice and our Cookie Policy will be updated to describe the active processing before the service is used.
11. Security
We use measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, anti-spam checks, protected configuration files, authenticated encryption for enabled form drafts, Authenticator re-verification for decrypted access, access auditing and restricted administration access. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The sites and products are presented for business-to-business sourcing and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the enquiry form. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current notice. Material changes may require a renewed Cookie choice.
