This website is operated by Shenzhen Yobonjee Technology Co., Ltd. for business-to-business enquiries, OEM/ODM project development and international trade. It is not an online retail store.

1. Scope

This policy covers general shipping for B2B samples and commercial orders. The website has no online purchasing or automatic shipping. All arrangements form part of the applicable project.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Before shipment, the parties may confirm product, quantity, sample or production status, delivery country and address, packaging, method, freight responsibility, customs requirements, trade terms and dispatch schedule. Final arrangements appear in the project quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or written communication.

3. Sample Shipments

Available samples may ship by international express or another agreed method. Freight may be charged separately, included in a quotation, placed on the buyer's courier account or handled as otherwise agreed. Cost and timing are confirmed individually.

4. Mass-Production Shipments

Orders may ship by express, air, sea, rail, road or another suitable method according to destination, shipment size, urgency and agreed terms. EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or other terms apply only when the named place, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in project documents.

5. Production and Delivery Timing

Production and transport times are separate. Production depends on approvals, tooling, materials, quantity, colours, printing, packaging, testing and scheduling. Transport may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, ports or other events beyond direct control. General lead times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

6. Dispatch and Shipping Documents

Where applicable, documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, transport or tracking record, customs information and agreed product or inspection documents. Requirements vary by product, destination and trade terms.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements

Duties, taxes, clearance, brokerage and local regulatory requirements depend on destination and agreed terms. Responsibility follows the project agreement. Buyers must provide accurate consignee and import information where required.

8. Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to follow confirmed schedules and communicate material known delays. Carrier delays, customs, congestion, weather, force majeure, inspections or incomplete consignee information may affect delivery. The parties should discuss a revised schedule and next steps.

9. Shipping Damage or Missing Cargo

Promptly report visible damage, shortage or mishandling and preserve outer-carton and product photographs, labels, delivery documents, quantity records and carrier records. Resolution depends on cause, insurance, carrier responsibility, shipping arrangement and the commercial agreement.

10. No Automatic Shipping Commitment

A form, quote request or discussion is not a confirmed shipping commitment. Shipping becomes part of an order only after commercial and delivery terms are agreed in writing.
